Christmas Holiday Schedule
We’ll be taking some time off during the Christmas holidays and all orders placed after our closing dates will be dispatched on our return.
The last dispatch date for all regions shipping with Royal Mail is 22nd December due to strikes taking place on the 23rd. All orders using alternative shipping providers have a last dispatch date of 23rd December.
Any orders placed after these dates will be dispatched from 3rd January 2023.
Our customer service team will also be taking a break from 23rd December until 3rd January 2023.

ⓘ Order Delay Notice: Due to the recent postage strikes, please expect delays in the processing and delivering of your order. We apologise for any inconvenience.
UK Last Delivery: Last date for receiving orders to guarantee delivery before Christmas is Monday 19th December 2022.
International Last Delivery: Last date for receiving orders to guarantee delivery before Christmas is Friday 9th December 2022.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Please see below for estimated delivery times.
UK Delivery (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland):
Free on orders £35 or more. Usually £4.80 via Royal Mail Tracked (3-5 day business days)
£8.85 via DPD Tracked (1-2 business days). Order before 2pm Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will arrive by Wednesday.
European Delivery (Channel Islands, Eire and Europe):
£15.95 via Royal Mail Tracked (5-7 business days)
£22.89 via Royal Mail Tracked (7-11 business days)
Rest of the World Delivery:
£26.50 via Royal Mail Tracked (7-11 business days)
Please note that estimated delivery times are a guide only, as delays can sometimes occur that are outside of our control, particularly at busy times, such as Christmas. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with any delivery queries here.
Customs Charges & Checks: for all orders shipped outside of the UK, custom charges may be incurred. You will be directly responsible for these payments.
We cannot be responsible for any custom charges, import duties or taxes that may be charged to you, or any shipment that is stopped or disposed of by customs. We advise you to check with your local customs office before placing your order.
Please be aware that long delays may also occur as a result of customs checks or by international postal services. These are outside of our control. Our delivery times are, therefore, only to be used as a general guide.
If the customs charges are not paid, the item is usually held for a few weeks, and if still unpaid the parcel will be returned to sender, incurring return postage costs.
Delivery Address & Delays: we will send your order to the delivery address that you have supplied on your order. Please ensure that these details are correct as we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect or incomplete address.
If your delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, such as a delay with the courier, then, where possible, we or our nominated courier will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. We will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
