To make sure you get your S19 goodies in time for the big day, here's our Christmas delivery dates:

UK Delivery

Royal Mail - Monday 20th December (before 3pm)

DPD - Tuesday 21st December (before 3pm)


EU Delivery

Royal Mail - Tuesday 14th December

DPD - Wednesday 15th December


US Delivery

Royal Mail - Wednesday 8th December

DPD - Tuesday 14th December


Rest of World Delivery

Royal Mail - Wednesday 8th December

DPD - Tuesday 14th December

Please note our offices will be closed from Friday 24th December to Tuesday 4th January 2022. We will catch up on any enquiries as soon as possible upon our return.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Please see below for estimated delivery times.

UK Delivery (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland):

Standard delivery

Free on orders £30 or more. Usually £3.95 via Royal Mail Tracked (3-5 day business days)

Express delivery

£5.95 via DPD Tracked (1-2 business days). Order before 2pm Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will arrive by Wednesday.

European Delivery (Channel Islands, Eire and Europe):

£13.95 via Royal Mail Tracked (5-7 business days)

USA Delivery:

£17.95 via Royal Mail Tracked (7-11 business days)

Rest of the World Delivery:

£23.95 via Royal Mail Tracked (7-11 business days)

Please note that estimated delivery times are a guide only, as delays can sometimes occur that are outside of our control, particularly at busy times, such as Christmas. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with any delivery queries here.



Customs Charges & Checks:  for orders shipped outside of the European Union, custom charges may be incurred.  You will be directly responsible for these payments.

We cannot be responsible for any custom charges, import duties or taxes that may be charged to you, or any shipment that is stopped or disposed of by customs.  We advise you to check with your local customs office before placing your order.

Please be aware that long delays may also occur as a result of customs checks or by international postal services.  These are outside of our control.  Our delivery times are, therefore, only to be used as a general guide.

Delivery Address & Delays: we will send your order to the delivery address that you have supplied on your order.  Please ensure that these details are correct as we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect or incomplete address.

If your delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, such as a delay with the courier, then, where possible,  we or our nominated courier will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. We will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
